Please read these Terms carefully before applying for a job on our Website. For the purpose of these Terms, “you” shall mean the person who is accessing the Platform. These Terms sets forth legally binding terms and conditions for your job application on our Website. By clicking on the “I agree with the Terms and Conditions” and submitting your job application form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from applying for a job on this Website.
The platform is available for individuals searching for job opportunities which are provided by the Company. The Platform is intended to serve only as preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information between you and the Company, and those who have a bona fide intention to be contacted for the purposes related to existing job opportunities or vacancies within the Company.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a job through the Company’s Website. This requirement ensures that only individuals who are legally eligible to work and are competent to enter into a valid binding contract as per Indian Contract Act, 1872 and can apply for job positions within the Company.
1.2. By submitting you job application form, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date.
1.3 You certify that the statements made in this application, on your resume and any other attachments, and any other information that you provide to the Company is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You further understand that any misinformation or falsification of information on this application or any other document will cause for rejection of application.
2. Application Submission
2.1. The Company requires certain information and documents as part of the job application process such as your personal information, educational background, work experience, and any supporting documents (e.g. resume, cover letter, certificates) that may be relevant to your application. You must provide accurate and valid information and ensure that all documents submitted are authentic.

5.2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding with respect to these terms and conditions.
6. Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify/amend, suspend, or discontinue the job application form or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such amended terms shall be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Covenants:
7.1. You declare that you shall not upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
7.2. The Company expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said resume insertion/information/data so fed into the Company’s Website by you. Further, you agree to compensate the Company for all losses incurred by Company due to such false, distorted, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by you on the Website of the Company.
7.3. You shall not spam the Platform maintained by the Company for applying job. Any conduct in violation of this clause shall entitle the Company to block your access on the Website or reject your application.
7.4. You hereby specifically agree that you shall at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act,2000 and rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made thereunder, while feeding any resume or information/data into the Website of the Company. You hereby further unequivocally declare that in case you violate any provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made thereunder, you shall alone be responsible for all your acts, deeds and things and that you shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.
8. Electronic Communication: By submitting the job application form through the Website of the Company, you consent to receive communications from the Company electronically. Company will communicate with you via e-mail and/or the contact information provided by you in your application. You agree that all the communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
9. Confidentiality: All personal information provided by you to the Company shall be kept and maintained confidentially and shall not be disclosed unless as required under any law to the appropriate authorities or to serve the purpose of T&Cs.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the Courts of Jaipur.
11. Severability: If any provision of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

SK Finance does not authorize any third party to make employment offers, refer or place candidates, for a fee charged to the applicant. SK Finance does not charge applicants any recruitment fee or a deposit in return for job offers.
